Afore Insurance Services completed the acquisition of Resolve Insurance Group.

Afore Insurance Services, a consolidated insurance brokerage acquisition platform offering independent insurance agencies, completed the acquisition of Resolve Insurance Group, a Virginia-based independent insurance agency. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Resolve has built a strong reputation in Virginia and nationally in the marine market for service, expertise, and community commitment.
