Apax Partners, Leonard Green & Partners, and GIC-backed ECI Software Solutions completed the acquisition of Amper Technologies from Slow Ventures.

Apax Partners, Leonard Green & Partners, and GIC-backed ECI Software Solutions, a developer of industry-specific business management software and services, completed the acquisition of Amper Technologies, a manufacturing execution system (MES) company, from Slow Ventures, a venture capital firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This acquisition is an important milestone for Amper and the manufacturers we serve.
