Reledo and Celero Capital completed the acquisition of YellowBeard.

Reledo, a provider of comprehensive facility management and workplace services, and Celero Capital, a Nordic lower mid-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of YellowBeard, a provider of coffee solutions for businesses in Denmark. Financial terms were not disclosed.
