Synopsis
Volution Group, an indoor air quality solutions manufacturer, agreed to acquire AC Industries, an underground mining ventilation ducting, for AUD178.9m. "We are delighted to acquire ACI and further extend our already comprehensive end market applications in the Australasian region," Ronnie George, Volution Group Chief Executive.
