Andersen Corporation to acquire Bright Wood.

Andersen Corporation, a manufacturer of windows, doors, and related building products, agreed to acquire Bright Wood, a manufacturer of wood window and door components, mouldings, and engineered dimension lumber. Financial terms are not disclosed. "Andersen is grateful to the founding Stovall family for their generations of leadership and transformative contributions to the industry.
