Tata Consultancy Services to acquire Coastal Cloud from Sverica for $700m.

Tata Consultancy Services, an IT services, consulting, and business solutions company, agreed to acquire Coastal Cloud, a multi-cloud Salesforce consulting firm, from Sverica, a private equity firm, for $700m.
