Harbor Compliance completed the acquisition of Firstbase.io.

Harbor Compliance, a provider of business licensing, tax registration, and entity management services and software to businesses and nonprofits across the US, completed the acquisition of Firstbase.io, a start-up compliance solutions provider and SaaS company. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Firstbase has built an all-in-one operating system for founders.
