Bidco 1125 to acquire Inspecs Group for £85.4m.

Bidco 1125, a private limited company incorporated in England and Wales, to acquire Inspecs Group, a designer, manufacturer, and distributor of eyewear and optical frames, for £85.4m. "Following the flotation of Inspecs Group PLC on AIM in 2020, founder, Robin Totterman, and his management team used its listed status to build a leading optics business operating on three continents. In recent years, however, the Group has faced the challenges of a consolidating market place, a weak European economy and US tariffs," Christopher Hancock, Inspecs Senior Independent Director and Acting Chair.
