Rotunda Capital-backed Value Added Distributors completed the acquisition of LTL Supply.

Rotunda Capital-backed Value Added Distributors, a fabricator and distributor of hydraulic hose assemblies, kitting solutions, and managed inventory services to specialty vehicle OEMs and other mobile fluid power users, completed the acquisition of LTL Supply, a manufacturer and distributor of custom wire harnesses. Financial terms were not disclosed. “LTL has built an impressive business centered on quality, responsiveness, and long-term customer relationships. The company fits directly within our platform strategy and enhances our ability to support OEMs with a broader range of engineered components and services.
