Alamo Group completed the acquisition of Petersen Industries for $166m.

Alamo Group, a global manufacturer of high-quality industrial and vegetation management equipment, completed the acquisition of Petersen Industries, a manufacturer of truck-mounted grapple loader equipment, for $166m.
