Natura Resources completed the acquisition of Shepherd Power from NOV.

Natura Resources, a company focused on advanced small modular reactor (SMR) technology, completed the acquisition of Shepherd Power, an advanced nuclear development company, from NOV, a diversified energy technology and equipment company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “This strategic transaction will accelerate commercialization of our molten salt reactor technology and enhance our ability to offer comprehensive power solutions to customers.
