B & Capital, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Soverep, an automotive supplier specializing in components for micromobility and niche vehicles. Financial terms were not disclosed. With the support of B&Capital, Soverep aims to accelerate its international expansion, strengthen its presence in its core markets, and pursue growth in new niche segments, particularly motorhomes and special vehicles. The group also has external growth ambitions to reach a new stage of development.
