Esfin Gestion, a French private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a 9% stake in DAF Conseil. Financial terms were not disclosed. Initiated by Jacques de Leissègues, president of DAF Conseil, this strategic operation is intended to prepare for the gradual transfer of the company's management by 2030. The objective of this new capital balance is to support the company's growth while preparing for its future "without disrupting the foundations" in the continuity of its management.
