Aveva completed the acquisition of Crosser Technologies from Industrifonden and Spintop.

Aveva, an information technology company completed the acquisition of Crosser Technologies, a provider of computing and stream analytics software for industrial IoT, from Industrifonden and Spintop, two venture capital funds. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Crosser has built a cutting-edge technology platform addressing a critical need in industrial digitalisation.
