Green Energy Origin, a manufacturer of lithium-ion battery materials, agreed to acquire the electrolyte manufacturing assets of Mitsubishi Chemical America and Mitsubishi Chemical UK, the subsidiaries of the Mitsubishi Chemical Group, a Japanese chemical company.
