EssilorLuxottica to acquire Signifeye.

EssilorLuxottica, a global eyewear manufacturer and distributor, agreed to acquire Signifeye, a Belgian ophthalmology platform. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Joining forces with EssilorLuxottica and Optegra marks a transformative chapter for Signifeye.
