Jiangxi Copper to acquire SolGold for £842m.

Jiangxi Copper, the largest integrated copper producer in China, offered to acquire SolGold, an emerging copper-gold company, for £842m. The board of directors of SolGold has indicated to JCC that, should a firm intention to make an offer on the same terms, it would be minded to recommend such offer to SolGold shareholders.
