Elysian Park Ventures completed the acquisition of Student Sports from PlayMetrics.

Elysian Park Ventures, a private investment firm, completed the acquisition of Student Sports, an operator of Elite 11 and Area Code Baseball, from PlayMetrics, a provider of operations management software for youth sports organizations. Financial terms were not disclosed.
