BlackLine, a technology company specializing in financial close and consolidation solutions, completed the acquisition of WiseLayer, an AI-powered digital worker for finance and accounting teams. Financial terms were not disclosed. “By incorporating WiseLayer's AI agents into our Verity suite, we are adding significant new capabilities and value to our platform, providing customers with embedded, auditable AI.
