Brückner Group completed the acquisition of Hennecke Group from Capvis.

Brückner Group, a technology group focusing on machinery, plant, and system solutions for the plastics processing industry, completed the acquisition of Hennecke Group, a manufacturer of machines, plants, and systems for processing polyurethane, from Capvis, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With Hennecke, we’ve gained a highly specialized addition to our portfolio. Acquiring another market leader in technology enhances the Brückner Group’s product range in a sensible way and provides Hennecke with access to innovation power and a global presence,” Dr. Axel von Wiedersperg, Brückner Group CEO.
