Brückner Group completed the acquisition of Hennecke Group from Capvis.

Brückner Group, a manufacturer in engineering and construction of systems and machines for plastics and alternative materials, completed the acquisition of Hennecke Group, a high-performance polyurethane processing machinery manufacturer, from Capvis, a mid-market investor. Financial terms were not disclosed.
