Verto Growth, an independent French investment firm, completed the acquisition of a minority stake in MyTower, a French software publisher. Financial terms were not disclosed. Verto’s team provides "hands-on" support to help MyTower transition fully into a recurring SaaS model, improving the quality of earnings and long-term valuation.
