Ufenau Capital Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Nexia Advicero, an advisory firm specialising in tax, legal and accounting services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The investment marks another stage of the formation of a group that aims to become one of the largest providers of professional legal, tax, accounting, and related services in Poland and across the Central and Eastern European region.
