Li-FT Power to acquire Winsome Resources for AUD130.8m.

Li-FT Power, a mineral exploration company, agreed to acquire Winsome Resources, a Canadian focused exploration and development company, for AUD130.8m. “The Winsome Transaction represents an attractive opportunity for Winsome shareholders to become a meaningful part of a larger company at an attractive premium that clearly reflects the strategic value and growth potential of Winsome’s assets. The combined company is expected to have a market-leading position in the James Bay region of Quebec, access to capital from a range of strategic and financial investors, and a unique opportunity to progress development of significant lithium project in the near-term,” Chris Evans, Winsome Resources Limited Managing Director.
