Whitecap Alpine Adventures completed the acquisition of Coast Range Heli-Skiing and Tyax Adventures from Blackcomb Helicopters.

Whitecap Alpine Adventures, a mountain adventure company, completed the acquisition of Coast Range Heli-Skiing, a provider of single-day and multi-day heli-skiing packages, and Tyax Adventures, a provider of floatplane-accessed mountain travel, from Blackcomb Helicopters, a helicopter provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. Whitecap will continue operations at both Coast Range Heli-Skiing and Tyax Adventures under their existing leadership, ensuring continuity for guests and staff while maintaining the trusted experiences each brand is known for. The integration of these operations under the Whitecap umbrella reflects a shared commitment to responsible adventure travel, collaboration, and respect for the remarkable landscapes that define British Columbia’s mountain experience.
