Celero Capital-backed Reledo completed the acquisition of Dansk Miljørengøring.

Celero Capital-backed Reledo, a provider of facility management and workplace services, completed the acquisition of Dansk Miljørengøring, a cleaning and facility services company. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Dansk Miljørengøring is a well-reputed company in the cleaning industry in Denmark. With their strong position and clear strategy, they complement Reledo’s ambition to offer quality and flexible solutions for the workplace in the Nordic region,” Jonas Warnander, Reledo CEO.
