Hirshfield’s completed the acquisition of 11architectural paint stores of Diamond Vogel.

Hirshfield’s, a family-owned company specializing in manufacturing and retailing paints, wallcoverings, window fashions, and decorating products, completed the acquisition of 11architectural paint stores of Diamond Vogel, a family-owned manufacturer of high-quality architectural, industrial, and wood paints and coatings. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We’re excited to partner with Hirshfield’s as an ongoing coatings supplier. Aligned with our strategy to focus our efforts on paint manufacturing, we recognized the need to reinvest in our core capabilities rather than retail operations. Hirshfield’s provides a good home for our architectural stores, especially our customers and employees.
