Holcim to acquire Inversiones ASPI from Hochschild.

Holcim, an international provider of sustainable construction materials and solutions, agreed to acquire Inversiones ASPI, an investment holding company, from Hochschild, a precious metal producer in the Americas. Financial terms are not disclosed.
