Maezawa Industries to acquire Maezawa Kasei Industries for JPY64bn.

Maezawa Industries, a Japanese industrial company manufacturing and distributing machinery, equipment and solutions for water supply, sewage systems and environmental infrastructure, agreed to acquire Maezawa Kasei Industries, a Tokyo-based manufacturer of water and sewerage related products, PVC piping and environmental equipment serving infrastructure and construction markets, for JPY64bn.
