OEP to acquire Montanhydraulik.

OEP, a middle-market private equity firm, agreed to acquire Montanhydraulik, a provider of hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic systems. Financial terms are not disclosed. “With its established market position and extensive geographic reach, Montanhydraulik is well-positioned for strategic expansion through an M&A-driven growth strategy.
