CIE Automotive to acquire Aludec for €200m.

CIE Automotive, a supplier for automotive components, agreed to acquire Aludec, an automotive supplier specializing in the design and manufacture of decorative components, for €200m. "The integration of Aludec means, in the context of our diversification strategy, the creation of a new aesthetic components (branding) division. This transaction strengthens our position as a reference supplier for customers, as we can offer this new line of decorative products globally,” Jesús María Herrera, CIE Automotive CEO.
