HIG Capital-backed Patriot Pickle completed the acquisition of Cosmo’s Food Products.

HIG Capital-backed Patriot Pickle, a manufacturer and distributor of pickles, peppers, and other fermented food products to the foodservice and grocery retail markets, completed the acquisition of Cosmo’s Food Products, a manufacturer of pepper products and antipasto specialties.
