Construsoft, a company that provides digital construction and engineering software solutions, including BIM tools, structural engineering software, and connected technology services for the construction and industrial sectors, completed the acquisition of EDRMedeso, a company that develops and delivers engineering simulation software, consulting, and training services, supporting industrial and manufacturing clients in product development and performance optimization. Financial terms were not disclosed.
