SP Group completed the acquisition of Idé-Pro from Blue Equity.

SP Group, a Danish international plastics conglomerate, completed the acquisition of Idé-Pro, a European technical manufacturer and engineering firm, from Blue Equity, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. As products (especially in the automotive and defense sectors) increasingly combine plastic and light-metal components, SP Group can now offer a complete hybrid assembly under one roof.
