TJC-backed Soteria Flexibles to acquire Imaflex for CAD123m.

TJC-backed Soteria Flexibles, a manufacturer of customized flexible plastic packaging, agreed to acquire Imaflex, a plastic manufacturing company, for CAD123m. "This transaction is a natural fit for Soteria. Imaflex brings deep technical expertise, strong customer relationships, and a highly capable team that aligns closely with our culture and strategic priorities.
