Ardabelle Capital to acquire a majority stake in Plymag.

Ardabelle Capital, an independent private equity firm, agreed to acquire a majority stake in Plymag, a developer of biostimulants and crop nutrition, with participation from Capagro, an independent venture and growth capital fund, and Sofiprotéol, a French investment company. Financial terms are not disclosed.
