ABL Group completed the acquisition of of SCF Containers from ICG.

ABL Group, a provider of containerised and modular infrastructure solutions in Australia and New Zealand, completed the acquisition of of SCF Containers, a supplier of tailored shipping container solutions, from ICG, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition significantly strengthens ABL’s footprint in Australia by deepening exposure to a resilient and diversified industrial base.
