Basalt Infrastructure Partners completed the acquisition of Simply Green Home Services.

Basalt Infrastructure Partners, an independent infrastructure investment firm, completed the acquisition of Simply Green Home Services, a Canadian home services operator that offers HVAC and home equipment leasing and services, from Crown Crest Group, a company engaged in renting and servicing HVAC and related equipment through leases and service contracts. Financial terms were not disclosed. The transaction will create Canada’s fourth-largest home equipment leasing platform, with a combined portfolio of approximately 90k leases. Combining Go Lime and Simply Green creates economies of scale and enables Basalt to enter the Canadian residential equipment leasing sector.
