Orizon, a Brazilian environmental services company, completed the acquisition of Vital Engenharia, an urban cleaning and waste collection services provider, from Queiroz Galvao, a Brazilian industrial conglomerate, for BRL3bn. “Virtually all new PPPs today require the same company to be responsible for collection and final disposal — and Vital brings us this expertise and opens up an avenue for growth around our EcoParks,” Milton Pilão, Orizon CEO.
