Foresight, a regional private equity and real assets investment manager, completed an investment in Welding Engineers, a company specialising in the service, repair, maintenance, fabrication, and installation of all types of industrial doors and shutters. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Welding Engineers has grown impressively in recent years and has built a well-deserved reputation for expertise, reliability, and quality.
