ISS STOXX to acquire ECPI from Confluence Technologies.

ISS STOXX, a provider of comprehensive and data-centric research and technology solutions, agreed to acquire ECPI, a provider of sustainability indices, data, and analytics to the institutional investor community, from Confluence Technologies, a software firm. Financial terms are not disclosed.
