MAIT Gruppe completed the acquisition of Ideal GRP from Atos.

MAIT Gruppe, a company which operates as a provider of managed IT, security, cloud and digital solutions, completed the acquisition of Ideal GRP, a product lifecycle management system integrator and platinum-level solution partner of Siemens Digital Industries Software, from Atos, a French multinational information technology service and consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This divestment is part of the ‘Genesis’ transformation plan, aimed at returning Atos Group to sustainable growth and improved profitability by focusing on core assets such as AI, cloud-enabled, and secure solutions and services. This operation would allow Ideal GRP to complement MAIT Group’s expertise in lifecycle management while leveraging its strong presence in the Nordics to support MAIT Group’s ambition to expand its activities in the region.
