MAIT to acquire Ideal from Atos.

MAIT, a European digitalization partner, to acquire Ideal, a product lifecycle management systems integrator, from Atos, a French multinational information technology service and consulting company. Financial terms were not disclosed. This sale is part of Atos Group's 'Genesis' transformation plan, which aims to return to a path of sustainable growth and improved profitability by refocusing the group on key assets such as AI, secure solutions and services, and the cloud. This transaction would allow Ideal to strengthen MAIT's expertise in lifecycle management and leverage its strong presence in the Nordic countries to support MAIT's ambition to expand in the region.
