Proalpha to acquire Mapex Group for €45m.

Proalpha, a German business software provider, agreed to acquire Mapex Group, a Spanish software company specializing in Manufacturing Execution System solutions, for €45m. The Mapex product portfolio will be deeply integrated into Proalpha’s Digital Shop Floor and ERP solutions. At the same time, it will continue to be available as a standalone offering optimized for use with third-party systems. The closing of the transaction remains subject to customary regulatory approvals.
