ABB to acquire Netcontrol from Procuritas.

ABB, an electrical equipment manufacturer, agreed to acquire Netcontrol, a provider of products and services for electric utilities, district heating companies, power companies, and energy intensive industry, from Procuritas, a Nordic private equity firm. Financial terms are not disclosed. “Joining ABB marks an exciting next stage in Netcontrol’s journey.
