Compass Group to acquire Pro Care from Vivecti Group.

Compass Group, a holding company, agreed to acquire Pro Care Management, a health service provider, from Vivecti Group, a healthcare performance platform. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through our merger with the Compass Group – a global leader in food services with a presence in over 25 countries and approximately 590k employees – we combine the expertise of two leading companies in their respective segments.
