Dansk Ejerkapital completed the acquisition of TestaViva from Arbejders Landsbank, Nordea Bank, Topdanmark and Kring Ventures.

Dansk Ejerkapital, a private equity fund, completed the acquisition of TestaViva, a legal-tech company that offers legal documents and related legal advice through its digital platform, from Arbejders Landsbank, financial and banking services company, Nordea Bank, a European financial services group, Topdanmark, insurance company, and Kring Ventures, a venture studio and fund. Financial terms were not disclosed.
