Patrimonium-backed TestSolutions completed the acquisition of ASQA Software Quality Assurance.

Patrimonium-backed TestSolutions, a Germany-based software testing services provider, completed the acquisition of ASQA Software Quality Assurance, an independent, external software testing company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Through this acquisition, TestSolutions integrates additional expertise into its existing service portfolio, particularly in the areas of mobile testing, test automation, and test management. The transaction also strengthens the company’s market presence in the German-speaking region (DACH). By expanding its competencies and service offering, TestSolutions will be able to attract new customers and further strengthen relationships with existing clients through new cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
