Damiani International to acquire Baume & Mercier from Richemont International.

Damiani International, an Italian privately held corporate group that designs, manufactures, and distributes jewelry and luxury watches, agreed to acquire Baume & Mercier, a Swiss watch manufacturing company, from Richemont International, a jewelry company. Financial terms are not disclosed.
