Alpine Investors-backed Alpine SG to acquire PlayHQ.

Alpine Investors-backed Alpine SG, a software investment firm that acquires and builds vertical SaaS companies, agreed to acquire PlayHQ, an Australian sports technology company providing a cloud-based, all-in-one platform for managing community sports. Financial terms were not disclosed. “PlayHQ’s first chapter was focused on building a product that served the needs of Australian administrators, volunteers and participants.
